The
rotary valves allows a virtually constant flow of dust to be obtained,
and reduces the leak rate to a minimum. Our dust chambers come with or without
a geared drive motor. Optional corrosion and wear-resistant construction. |

The
simple swinging flap valves opens when the weight of the dust resting on
the flap is sufficient, and closes when the dust has slipped off the flap.
The counterweight can be adjusted to adjust the rhythm of opening according
to the conditions of use (dust chamber used for slight differences in pressure).
It is possible to put in 2 swinging flap valves to improve performances. |

The
flaps of the controlled double swinging flap valves are obliged to open
in succession. The rhythm of opening, and therefore the evacuation of the
dust, are determined by the speed of rotation of the geared motor or of
any other drive system. It accepts considerable differences in pressure
upstream and downstream. |
